Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms explain the rules for using the GOJO Parent App. By accessing or using the app, you agree to use it only for authorized school-connected purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Authorized Parent and Guardian Access
You may use the Parent App only if you are an authorized parent or guardian, or another person approved by a participating school or GOJO to access the relevant account or student-related information.
3. School-Provided Accounts
Parent accounts may be created, provisioned, approved, or managed through participating schools or authorized school administrators. Schools may decide which student relationships are linked to a parent account and may ask GOJO to update, suspend, or remove access.
4. Parent Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private, using the app respectfully, keeping editable account information accurate, and promptly contacting GOJO or your school if you believe your account or student information has been accessed without authorization.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Parent App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, copy restricted content, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, misuse school or student information, or use the app for unlawful or non-school-connected purposes.
6. Student Information
Student-related information is provided for authorized educational and school-connected purposes. You may not share, publish, or misuse student information in a way that violates school rules, privacy expectations, or applicable law.
7. Communications and Media
If messaging, profile photos, image uploads, announcements, or similar features are available, you are responsible for the content you submit. Do not send sensitive information unless GOJO or the school specifically asks for it through an approved support or school process.
8. Service Availability
GOJO works to keep the Parent App available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, school configuration, security reasons, or events outside GOJO's control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Parent App, website, design, names, logos, and related materials are owned by GOJO or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not give you ownership of GOJO intellectual property.
10. Third-Party Services
The Parent App may use hosted infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, messaging, or other service providers to operate the app. Your use of app-store platforms or device services may also be subject to those providers' terms.
11. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or ended if an account is no longer authorized by a participating school, if these Terms are violated, if a school relationship changes, or if suspension is needed to protect users, students, schools, GOJO, or the service.
12. Disclaimer
The Parent App is provided on an as-available basis. GOJO does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. School-provided information should be confirmed with the school when accuracy is important.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GOJO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Parent App. This section should be reviewed by GOJO's legal counsel before final publication.
14. Governing Law
The governing law and dispute process for these Terms should be confirmed by GOJO before final publication. Until confirmed, these Terms should be interpreted according to applicable law and the authorized school-connected use of the Parent App.
15. Changes to These Terms
GOJO may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, GOJO will revise the Last Updated date on this page.
